  Went in to get a tyre inspection, was told to wait for ten minutes by a guy who I'm guessing was the manager lol! Then watched as the you lad gave a lady 3 different quotes for some coil springs, every time he gave a different price he was blaming the wholesalers who he was dealing with for incorrect information! Too much banter in front of customers. No respect for anyone. After the ten minute wait the manager shouted towards me. Cant look at it today you need an appointment for an inspection! What a bunch of clowns! You could produce a training film from my experience and call it "What NOT to do in front of customers" I went to ATS and spent £150 on new tyres, was on there 30 minutes. Job done.
