Deaf, rude, and unhelpful owner, used to sell computers with dodgy versions of Windows on them...no stock in the shop hardly....pushy on using certain free antivirus, employees young ish, cheap labour, also ancient website designed for free and never updated by Horizon by another great tech that was let go off....
